1. Warranty Coverage

Leading Edge Decorative Lighting (the “Company”) is proud to offer a Lifetime LED Replacement Warranty to our valued customers. This warranty covers the replacement of LEDs installed by Leading Edge Decorative Lighting for the rated lifetime use of the product, which is equivalent to 100,000 hours or 22 years, based on a 12-hour daily run time. The Company warrants that the LED products we install in the permanent holiday lighting industry will remain operational for the duration specified above.

2. Warranty Terms and Conditions

2.1 Eligibility: This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of our services, provided that proof of purchase is retained. It is not transferable to new owners of the house or property where the LEDs are installed.

2.2 Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for warranty coverage, the customer must retain the original invoice or documentation provided by Leading Edge Decorative Lighting as proof of purchase. Failure to provide such documentation may void the warranty.

2.3 Rated Lifetime Use: The “Lifetime” mentioned in this warranty is defined as the rated lifetime use of the product, which is 100,000 hours or 22 years based on a 12-hour daily run time, whichever comes first. This calculation is based on the industry standards for LED longevity.

2.4 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, acts of nature, vandalism, or modifications made to the LED products after installation by Leading Edge Decorative Lighting.

2.5 Claim Process: To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must contact Leading Edge Decorative Lighting within 30 days of LED failure. Our team will assess the LED products to determine if they are eligible for replacement under the warranty.

3. Warranty Limitations

3.1 No Consequential Damages: Leading Edge Decorative Lighting shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from LED product failure or warranty claims.
