Key Responsibilities

- Use a variety of small hand tools and equipment, from basic tools to saws, ensuring the correct and safe usage of each.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing a clear explanation of the installation process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with the installation team and team leader to complete projects efficiently and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
Qualifications
- Experience climbing ladders and working at heights, with a strong focus on safety.
- Ability to route and fish wires, make basic electrical connections, and a basic understanding of construction and framing principles.
- Familiarity with using a wide range of small hand tools and equipment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical, construction, or a related field is a plus.
