Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Leading Edge and our new permanent Christmas lights! From the initial sales conversation to the completed installation, the entire experience was excellent.

Mike was outstanding to work with. His sales approach was low-pressure, informative, and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and, when we had a concern, went above and beyond to help resolve it. That kind of customer service makes a real difference and gave us confidence that we had chosen the right company.

The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, were friendly and pleasant throughout the process, and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They worked efficiently and completed the installation quickly without sacrificing quality. Once the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the work area, leaving everything neat and tidy. They also took the time to walk me through the app and show me how to operate the lights, making sure I was comfortable using the system before they left.

Most importantly, we absolutely love the lights! They look great, and we’re excited to enjoy them for Christmas and throughout the year.

It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers not only a great product but also exceptional customer service from start to finish. Mike and the installation crew are a credit to Leading Edge. We would gladly recommend Leading Edge to anyone considering permanent holiday lighting!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. +1
Kylian, Hunter, and Ezequiel did a very nice job with the installation. They were racing the rain that morning and, just as they finished, it started to drizzle. Even with that, they stuck around to show us how to use the app and even set up a couple of programs for us. I wish there were an instruction manual to reference, as these lights can do so many things, we'll never master it all.

Following the installation, we had an issue using the app, and Mike was able to help us over the phone. We think we know enough to get us through Halloween (pix attached) then we can practice with the app before we need to set up Christmas lights!

We definitely recommend this company for your permanent lighting installation!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an appointment with Leading Edge about a week ago, and he had the estimate in my hands within 40 minutes of his arrival.

Believe it or not, they started the job three days later and had it completed inside of a week from out first meeting.

The lights look amazing. It’s obvious these guys know what they’re doing, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is interested in permanent lighting.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m really happy with the attention to detail I saw from these guys. I’m picky about the finishes and the finished product appears considerably higher quality than my neighbors with similar systems. I’ve reached out with questions and have received a response same day every time. The app is easy and the entire system has been seamless. Very streamlined process and service as well.
